Q. Why MARMITE Flapjacks? I here you ask.

The Answer is simple!
Not everyone likes marmite, so when you share it out there’s more left for you.

Marmite Flapjack

Ingredients Method
  • 3oz Margarine
  • 1oz Golden Syrup
  • 4.5oz Rolled Oats
  • 1.5oz Plain Flower
  • 2.5oz Brown Sugar
  • 6oz Marmite
  1. Heat the margarine syrup and sugar on high in a microwave for 1.5 minutes or until melted.
  2. Mix in the oats and flour.
  3. Put half of the mixture into a microwaveable dish approx 7"
  4. Spread with marmite then cover with the rest of the mixture
  5. Press down well and heat in micro for 4.5mins
Recommended Additions:Also nice with chopped glace cherries

Note:If you haven’t got any marmite you can make it without Bovril, although its not as nice as without marmite.
